Masterkey Identity
When Mio Thorisson, an expert sound engineer and Markéta Irglová, an internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter, decided to build their own recording studio on the outskirts of Reykjavik, the result was always going to be something special.
The driving idea behind the Masterkey Studios identity is Mio and Marketa's ability to unlock the sound each of their clients possess. By hiding an open doorway in the logo, a sense of this discovery is evoked and the sounds of the studio are visualised in golden, rhythmic patterns.
