When the sun rises above the rural island of Evia, the daily ritual begins at one of the most respected breweries in the country. With a background in oenology, Sofoklis Panagiotou has led the craft beer revolution in Greece since 2009.

The idea behind the brand was, and still is, strong - taking the biblical seven-day creation story as inspiration, Septem (Seven) produces one beer for each day of the week. And maybe a little extra...
