A cozy place to enjoy the finest of wines and excellent food in Beukenplein, an established Amsterdam dining hotspot.

Rutger De Witte, a budding horeca entrepreneur, limited in budget, was recommended BrightWhite’s service and employed me to design a logo.

Clos is the French word for a stone walled vineyard, traditionally designed to keep the thieves out and the good grapes in! The idea of these old walls provided the perfect inspiration for the logotype. The typeface has a subtle three dimensional quality, standing off the page as a wall does to wrap around the cozy space within.
